  Beautiful, serene location with great views of Merimbula lake from our kitchen/living area, modern & immaculately kept units, lovely, neat garden (incl. a diverse array of hibiscus!), friendly & considerate service. Ideal location just a few mins walk to either the coffee hut/canoe/sub hire on lake beach or fish n chips etc opposite main beach, 15 to 20 mins flat walk over lake bridge to great selection of restaurants, shops, clubs, pubs etc. Cycle paths to town (5 mins) and to Pambula and Pambula Beach (20 mins). Take the Boardwalk along top Lake to boat house cafe by day/suave tapas dining from 4-8 pm. Hardly used the car!

  Cannot recommend Merimbula Lake Apartments more highly, positioned perfectly for easy walking to the beach, lake and centre of town. Clean and comfortable apartments, but most of all the managers Ben & Kim are so welcoming and kind. We love our stay every year and always count down to getting back!

  Great accommodation! Well managed (on-site), very clean, very comfortable, has everything!
  
  Everything very well maintained, manager always around doing things. 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.
  
  We had a 1 and it was very comfortable all modern conveniences, eg dishwasher, washing machine and drier, etc. Good kitchen, new. Some families in 2 bedroom apartment when we were there and they loved it.
  
  Over-looks the lake (due north), close to Michie's (50m) for morning coffee, 'round corner (150m) to Cranky's Cafe for breakfast/lunch, and Fishpen Takeaway for fish/chips/burgers etc for dinner. All great places and good food. 100m to surf beach.
  
  Walking path at front door, street is a one-way 40km/h shared access so no roaring vehicles, and very quiet night & day.Safe for kids on bikes, skateboards, etc. Can hear the bellbirds across the lake in the morning.
  
  A good flat walk or short drive (10 min) to main street - v good restaurant and shops.
  
  Lots of return customers! Says it all.
  
  We booked for another 2 weeks in October while there.
  
  RING-UP, don't book on-line, it's better & cheaper!!

  What is their not to like about these units. These units are absolutely spotless. Great location nice & quiet & such lovely managers. Kim & Ben are just lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back at Merimbula Lake Appartments for our next holiday. Thanks again Kim & Ben for a beautiful time we had there. Kerry Devine.

  Wow, wow, wow. What a special place!!!
  
  My goodness, the place was absolutely spotless, and the gardens are immaculate.
  
  A credit to Kim & Ben!
  Such attention to detail with a clean unit including clean windows, and not a single bit of dust seen anywhere!
  
  The unit itself was so comfortable.
  We had unit #4 which is on the ground level.
  It was fresh, airy & bright.
  The bed was SO comfortable.
  Was only a 4 night stay, but we felt so comfortable & settled, we wouldn’t hesitate staying here again!!
