    Room was good and facilities good.
    We read the instructions to remove the rubbish!! In room.
    I then returned to the office for return of my key. Unable to find a bin for said rubbish. I stated that to the manager.
    Well an argument about location of rubbish bins occurred.
    The manager indignation about my in ability to find bins. Alas I found them tucked away behind a fence.
    Customer service poor.
